Tammie is an incredible realtor to work with. She will listen to you and work with you. She isn't going to try to talk you into something that you aren't comfortable with. If you show her a house you love, she will do anything in her power to get you that house. I showed Tammie a house (in my price range) that I thought I had no chance of getting. Tammie's persistence led me to be the backup offer when the 1st offer fell through. She got me into my dream house. She has excellent references for house inspections and any other additional inspections. I can't recommend her enough.
